Zoning Progress - Spring 2018

We plan to move ahead with a project that is permitted under Lyme’s current zoning ordinance.

Our 98 acre parcel will support at least four lots that could have a primary and accessory dwelling unit on each. During the spring, we will meet with the Planning Board to submit surveys, engineering data and agree on number of units, footprints, and clustering.

We hope to work on infrastructure (septic/water/roads) in the fall of 2018 and the spring of 2019, with first move in during the fall of 2019.
